HAZMAT cargo requires pre coordination and approval.

 

RS-LS and CAAI came to the following understanding:

 

• HAZMAT will be allowed into Ben Gurion Intl. airport (LLBG) as long as it is not designated as an IATA forbidden cargo (see IATA DGR Manual for specific information).

• All IATA forbidden cargo will be handled at Uvda AFB (LLOV) following coordination and approval by the relevant IDF authorities.
